She has worked with thousands of families in relation to promoting developmentally appropriate infant sleep support with potty training, and providing baby massage and baby yoga instruction. Susan is committed to the well-being of children. She is also a Certified Potty Consultant, providing online resources, workshops and 1:1 support. She acts as a Community Coordinator on behalf of the International Association of Child Sleep Consultants. She is a Certified Baby Sleep Consultant. She has also worked as a SEN (Special Educational Needs) Nanny, in a day nursery and with disadvantaged children in both Mexico and The Philippines. She was a Social Worker for over 10 years, including the position of Team Manager. Susan has 2 decades of experience working with children and families.
